All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be shipped back to the sender:
All items can be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of receipt.
A copy of the invoice must be included in package.
Items must be in their original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns of custom orders, used goods, or sale/clearance items.
To return an item to us follow our four-step process:
E-mail at help@floweredsky.com and let us know that you would like to return an item. Please explain the reason for the return so that we can better serve you in the future. Also indicate the item you want to exchange it with.
We will then issue a return authorization number (RA#).
Place the item you would like to return, with all the original packaging in the box and send it to the address we will provide
We Strongly suggest to fully insure your return shipment.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. Any unauthorized and/ or improperly packaged merchandise will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been re-sized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Floweredsky.com (or parent Floweredsky, Inc) will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
International Orders cannot be returned.

How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 days. Time to make your custom make orders may vary. We will contact and inform you the timeline. Therefore, please make sure to include your e-mail when checking out.
We will not ship to PO boxes
International Shipping: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay all import taxes and customs fees associated with their order.
Free Shipping
We're proud to offer Free USPS Priority MailŪ shipping on all jewelry items totaling at least $200 to all Continental US destinations and Alaska and Hawaii.
International Orders: We regret that we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers. International shipping is subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay all import taxes and customs fees associated with their order.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
USPS Priority Mail - $6.90 - Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process. Generally takes 2-3 business days to deliver. Has no tracking number and no insurance
USPS Express Mail - $22.90 - Next day delivery to MOST locations. Has a tracking number and insurance for up to $100.
UPS Ground - $9.90 - Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process. May take between 1 to 6 business days to deliver depending on your location (weekends are not counted). Check out this map to see delivery time for your location. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
UPS 3 Day Select - $12.90 - Guaranteed 3 business days delivery. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
UPS 2 Days - $18.90 - Guaranteed 2 business days delivery. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
UPS Next Day - $25.00 - Guaranteed next business day delivery. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
Also, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a $20 shipping surcharge for UPS Ground, 2 Day and Next Day. No other UPS shipping method is available to these places.
