If you are not completely happy with your purchase or would like an exchange, please convo or email me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. If it is a custom or reserved order, only exchange will be allowed. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once a piece is returned or exchanged, payment will be refunded via paypal for exception of the shipping cost.
If you EVER have any kind of problem with your order, please send me an email at email@example.com and I will do my very best to fix the situation.
However, I can not be responsible for postal damage. If you are worried about this, please do add insurance to your package!
